The WhisperKOOL Extreme ti 8000 is a powerful, high-performance wine cellar cooling system designed for through-the-wall installation in small to mid-sized wine cellars. Unlike the tiR version, the Extreme ti 8000 cooling unit features a front-facing digital controller and display, requiring you to enter the cellar to monitor and adjust climate settings. This design offers a user-friendly interface and straightforward temperature and humidity management.
For exterior installations, it is strongly recommended to pair the unit with an exterior housing or grille to protect against weather conditions such as rain, snow, and extreme heat or cold. This protective housing enhances system durability and ensures consistent, efficient operation outdoors. For interior wall installations, the Condenser Ducting Plenum Kit allows hot exhaust air to be redirected, offering greater flexibility and maintaining proper airflow within the cellar space.

Extreme Series wine cellar cooling units from WhisperKOOL ™ are able to withstand temperatures from 32°F to 100°F.
WhisperKOOL Extreme Series can either be wall mounted directly to the outside or can be installed as a ducted system.
If Ducting is chosen, a Remote Thermostat Panel is required and must be purchased at the same time as the cooling unit. Remote Thermostat Panels are not sold individually. Remote Thermostat Panel is required when the cooling side is being ducted.
Ducting options
There are several ducting configurations that can be applied, however, you don't need to use ducting, you can mount unit directly in the wall without ducting. If ducting to the outside then please request the Exterior Grill option.
Note: Do not exceed a total of 25’ for each length of ductwork run and a total of 50’ combined for both the supply and return lengths.
