The WhisperKOOL Extreme ti 5000 is a high-performance, through-the-wall wine cellar cooling system built for small to mid-sized cellars. Designed for durability and efficiency, this unit provides powerful, quiet climate control to preserve your wine collection in optimal conditions.
Unlike the tiR model, the ti 5000 features a front-facing controller and display, requiring users to enter the cellar to monitor and adjust temperature and humidity settings. This streamlined design offers straightforward operation and a clean interface for managing cellar conditions.
For exterior wall installations, it’s recommended to pair the unit with an exterior grille to shield it from rain, snow, and fluctuating temperatures—helping ensure long-term performance and protection. When installed through an interior wall, the system can be used with the Condenser Ducting Plenum Kit to redirect hot exhaust air, adding flexibility to your installation and supporting proper airflow management.
With robust airflow, reliable components, and simple installation, the Extreme ti 5000 delivers effective, low-noise cooling—ideal for collectors who want serious climate control without sacrificing peace and quiet in their cellar.

Extreme Series wine cellar cooling units from WhisperKOOL ™ are able to withstand temperatures from 32°F to 100°F.
WhisperKOOL Extreme Series can either be wall mounted directly to the outside or can be installed as a ducted system.
If Ducting is chosen a Remote Thermostat Panel is required and must be purchased at the same time as the cooling unit. Remote Thermostat Panels are not sold individually. Remote Thermostat Panel is required when cooling side is being ducted.
Ducting options
There are several ducting configurations that can be applied, however, you don't need to use ducting, you can mount unit directly in the wall without ducting. If ducting to the outside then please request the Exterior Grill option.
Note: Do not exceed a total of 25’ for each length of ductwork run and a total of 50’ combined for both the supply and return lengths.
