At Rosehill Wine Cellars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wine storage and cellar accessories. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original, unused condition.
Return Process
- 1.Initial Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Packaging and Preparation
Securely pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Shipping and Tracking
Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the box and ship the package via a traceable carrier, as customers are responsible for return freight costs.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
