What are the shipping costs for wine racking and cooling systems?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Larger items like wine cooling units or custom racking may require freight shipping, which includes a lift-gate service for residential deliveries.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we provide comprehensive installation guides for all our DIY wine racking kits, we also have a network of professional installers for custom cellar projects. Please contact our design team for a referral in your local area.
What is the warranty policy on wine cooling units?
Most of our cooling systems come with a standard 1 to 2-year manufacturer's warranty on parts and labor. Extended warranties are available for purchase on select brands like WhisperKOOL and Wine Guardian.
Can I return custom-made wine cellar components?
Custom-designed wine racks and bespoke cellar doors are made to your exact specifications and are therefore non-returnable. Standard, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days, subject to a restocking fee.
How do I choose the right cooling system for my cellar size?
Choosing a system depends on the cubic footage of your space, the insulation levels (R-value), and the ambient temperature of the surrounding rooms. We recommend using our thermal load calculator or speaking with our specialists to ensure your unit is correctly sized.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payments like PayPal and Apple Pay. For large-scale custom projects, we also accept wire transfers.
